Scientific management is the act of knowing exactly what you want it man to do and then seeing to it that they do it in the best and the cheapest way.
Features
- Systematic approach:- all activities are completed in a systematic and scientific manner
- Bring complete mental change:- both parties start aiming for more and better production targets rather than mainly chasing higher profit
- Discard traditional manage:- desearnd old technique and adopte new technique.
- Required strict observation of rules:- make roll street because unless rules given lot of loss
- Improve the efficiency of worker:- the main aim of scientific management is to increase the efficiency of worker.
Principle of scientific management

- Science is not rule of thumb :- this principle says that we should can't be dependent on the old technique we should continuously experimenting to develop new technique which makes the work must simply easier and quicker
- Harmony not discord:-is principal said that the harmony between the management and worker mental revolution on the part of the both management and worker management should share gains of companies worker
- Cooperation not individualism:-the manager and the workers should jointly determine standards
- Development of each and every person of his or her greatest efficiency:-
- the principal is concerned with the efficiency of employees which could be billed in right form the process of employee selection
- The work assigned to employees should suit their capability
- Efficient employees would produce more and earn more.
